We love getting to know our customers and hearing their tips and tricks for working well. Lauren recently became the proud owner of her Harmoni Standing Desk. We caught up with her to find out a bit more about her and her experience using the desk.
Q: What is your occupation and do you work from home?
I’m a health and life coach, host of Reconditioned Podcast and health writer. I work from home full time
Q: Can you tell me a bit about your daily routine?I wake up early, drop into gratitude and do some breathing, then I get the kids ready while I oil pull for my teeth, then I drink hot water with lemon on the school run. When I get back I meditate, then drink my wheatgrass juice and do some work. I break my fast around 10-11am and go for a walk at any point in the day I can make time to ground myself. I work until the kids get home, spend time with them then work a bit more! Love what I do! 3 times a week I also exercise.
Q: What do you do every day that helps you to stay focused?Meditation, breathwork and grounding in nature
Q: What do you like about the Harmoni Standing Desk and what difference has standing to work made to your health and/ or productivity?
I’m so much happier not sitting down all day. I also do a lot of online workshops and courses which I prefer teaching standing up, so this has been revolutionary! Also love the quality.
